Purposeful Aging
After decades as an educator and financial planner, I chose not to retire in the typical way. Instead, I shifted into work that felt more like a calling—writing, speaking, teaching, and advising nonprofits. I call this phase “ReFirement,” a time centered on five key areas that are important to me: family, fun, focused purpose, friends, and fitness.
